"Runaway Scout" *

Map: Pie

Time limit / end of puzzle: When scout is captured.

Objective: Prevent tester from obtaining scout.

Tester's resources: EMP, Spiders.

Testee's resources: Any non-turret vehicles or buildings, only 1 scout.

Other: Tester adaptive.

 

"Sticky Situation" **

Map: Pie

Time limit / end of puzzle: None.

Objective: Destroy stickyfoam guardpost with starflare.

Tester's resources: Stickyfoam guardpost, earthworker, robodozer.

Testee's resources: Any non-turret vehicles or buildings except starflares.

Other: Only one starflare allowed to attack at one time; once starflare is hit, it must be self-destructed; tester must bulldoze entrance; no going around back; tester not adaptive.

 

"Minesweeper" **

Map: Pie

Time limit / end of puzzle: None.

Objective: Destroy target scout with starflare.

Tester's resources: ESG guardposts, scout, robodozer.

Testee's resources: Any non-turret vehicles or buildings except starflares.

Other: Only one starflare allowed to attack at one time; tester must bulldoze entrance; no going around back; tester not adaptive.

 

"A Matter of Life and Death" ****

Map: Flood Plains

Time limit / end of puzzle: After the two starflares have destructed or when tester has acknoledged puzzle solved.

Objective: Survive.

Tester's resources: Two starflares.

Testee's resources: Any non-turret vehicles or buildings.

Other: Testee cannot attack, directly or indirectly, the starflares; starflares will leave tester's colony at mark 250 for opponent's Command Center; tester adaptive.

 

"How'd that get there?" *****

Map: Pie

Time limit / end of puzzle: When tester acknowledges puzzle solved.

Objective: Destroy opponent.

Tester's resources: None special.

Testee's resources: None special.

Other: Testee cannot enter opponent's side of map; no EMP missles.
